The main components and working principle of coal-fired hot blast stove

Coal fired hot air stoves are widely used for heating and dehumidification of agricultural products such as grains, seeds, feed, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, fungus, Tremella fuciformis, tea, tobacco leaves, food, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, and light and heavy industrial products. They can also be used for heating various facilities and dehumidification of warehouses.
The main components of a coal-fired hot blast stove include a coal-fired engine, a high-temperature gas purification settling chamber, and a mixing chamber. The coal-fired machine feeds coal into the coal hopper through the coal feeder, and the coal is uniformly sent into the combustion chamber by the chain grate. The combustion supporting air is sent into the distribution chamber by the fan, enters the air chamber under the grate through the regulating valve, and then passes through the coal seam for combustion. The high-temperature gas purification settling chamber is built with refractory materials, and the dust in the flue gas is polymerized and settled at high temperature inside the purification chamber. The clean hot air coming out of the purification room is mixed with a certain amount of cold air to form the required temperature hot air and enter the drying equipment
The working principle of a coal-fired hot blast stove is as follows:
Fuel supply: Coal is added to the coal hopper of the coal-fired machine through the coal feeder, and is uniformly fed into the combustion chamber by the chain grate. The combustion air is sent into the distribution chamber by the fan, and then enters the air chamber under the grate through the regulating valve, and then passes through the coal seam for combustion.
Combustion process: The volatile components in bituminous coal first escape, and the fixed carbon comes into full contact with the air on the chain grate, producing high-temperature flue gas. The high-temperature flame is sprayed out from the outlet of the coal-fired machine.
High temperature gas purification: High temperature flue gas enters the high-temperature gas purification settling chamber for secondary combustion, and the small amount of dust carried in the flue gas undergoes high-temperature polymerization settling in the purification chamber.
Hot air generation: the clean hot air from the purification room is mixed with a certain amount of cold air to form hot air at the temperature required for drying materials, and then enters the drying equipment (such as spray tower, rotary kiln, oven, drying room, airflow dryer, fluidized bed, etc.) to dry the materials.
Temperature control: The temperature of the hot air can be adjusted according to the process requirements, and the stability of the continuous heating air temperature is ± 5 ℃.
