Dry rolling granulatorThere are two forms of roller squeezing: roller squeezing and wheel rolling. Roller squeezing is a process of first pressing into large pieces and then crushing them into particles. This device has high capacity, high particle strength, and low energy consumption. Roller squeezing is widely used abroad. Wheel rolling is a process of directly shaping the roller surface into a grooved shape and extruding it into formed particles in one go. Sometimes adhesive needs to be added when the product strength is low. Suitable for making granular fertilizers such as organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers.
The structure of a dry rolling granulator mainly consists of the following four parts:
1. Working part of the machine head: It is transmitted from the transmission wheel to the transmission roller shaft through the column pin coupling. The synchronous operation of the rollers is ensured by a pair of open gears. There are specific bearings on both sides of the main and passive shafts, and the bearing frame is installed on the frame.
2. Rack section: All working bodies of the machine are installed and fixed on the rack. The frame of this machine is made of medium carbon steel plate and channel steel welded together, and achieved the purpose of this machine through strict quality control and specific process requirements. There are lifting holes in the middle of the four corners of the frame for loading, unloading, and transportation.
3. Transmission connection part: The electric motor drives the belt pulley, V-belt, and reducer to drive and make the machine head work. There are also sprockets and chains that form a transmission chain to transmit to the crushing and separation working part. The transmission reducer and the working part of the machine head are driven by a nylon pin coupling that meshes with each other.
4. Crushing and separation work part: After being squeezed by rollers, the material flows into the crushing chamber on the lower side, and through the rotation of the dual axis wolf toothed rod, spherical particles and return materials can be separated.
