1、 Daily inspection and cleaning
1. Bearings and seals
Regularly check the sealing performance of bearings, replace damaged seals in a timely manner, and prevent dust and moisture from entering. The worm gear housing needs to store engine oil for a long time, and the oil level should submerge the worm gear. New oil should be replaced every 3 months.
2. Equipment cleaning
After shutdown, it is necessary to clean the residual materials in the rotating drum and hopper to avoid clumping and affecting the next use. When not in use for a long time, it is necessary to apply anti rust oil to the smooth surface of the parts and cover them with protection.
2、 Key component maintenance
1. Pressure roller and ring mold
Check the gap between the pressure roller and the ring mold to ensure that the gap between the side baffle and the roller end face is controlled at around 2mm to avoid material leakage or friction.
The ring mold needs to select suitable mold holes (such as straight holes and tapered holes) according to the material characteristics, regularly check for wear, and replace them in a timely manner.
2. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic pressure of the dry roller pellet press directly affects the particle strength, and it is necessary to regularly check the hydraulic oil status to avoid uneven particle density caused by abnormal pressure.
3、 Optimization of process parameters
1. Pressure and speed
The compression pressure needs to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material. If it is too high, it can lead to excessive compaction, while if it is too low, the particles will become loose. The rotational speed and feeding speed should be matched to avoid material accumulation or vibration.
2. Temperature control
The temperature of the silo needs to be stable. If it is too high, it may cause material denaturation, while if it is too low, it will affect the efficiency of particle forming.
4、 Fault prevention and handling
1. Vibration and noise
If the equipment vibrates greatly, it is necessary to check the material segregation situation (such as a high proportion of fine powder) or the wear of the V-type powder selector guide plate, and adjust the air volume or replace the components in a timely manner.
2. Deviation roller problem
When the roller gap deviation is too large, it is necessary to adjust the pressure balance through the hydraulic system to avoid one-sided wear.
5、 Long term disuse maintenance
1. When the shutdown exceeds one week, the equipment needs to be thoroughly cleaned, lubricated with anti rust oil, and covered with dust-proof cloth.
2. The dry roller pellet press can significantly extend its service life through regular maintenance, with the core being to maintain component accuracy, optimize process parameters, and strictly clean.
