On the basis of correct and accurate positioning and installation of the entire machine, notify the electrician to connect the power supply and electrical control box.

5、 Operation

1.preparation

Remove the debris piled up around the machine, add sufficient lubricating and cooling oil to the gearbox, and add the required proportion of mixed materials to the material cylinder;

2.The outer surface must be clean;

3. Turn on the main power and check the normal movement relationship of each moving part of the machine in a jog manner;

4. After inspection, everything is normal and error free. Follow the instructions on the panel to start up and operate normally.

5. After mixing, swing the discharge port of the material cylinder to the lowest position and press the discharge control button to discharge the material.

6、 Maintenance and upkeep

1. After each operation, the entire machine must be cleaned, maintained, and serviced;

2. During each cleaning, attention should be paid to preventing sewage from infiltrating or directly flowing into the transmission system to prevent corrosion and damage to the corresponding components, ensuring the normal service life of the equipment;

3. Regularly check the connections, fastening parts, and components to prevent loosening and damage to the machine. Any loose or damaged parts or components should be repaired or replaced immediately;
