The working principle of the screw belt mixer:
The transmission shaft of the horizontal spiral belt mixer is equipped with double spiral blades, with the inner spiral conveying the material to the outside and the outer spiral collecting the material to the inside.
Under the convective motion of the double-layer spiral belt, the materials in the equipment form a low dynamic mixed environment.
The inner and outer diameter screws installed on the mixing shaft drive the material inside the drum, allowing the mixer to rotate the material over a large range in the drum.
When the mixing device is working, the inner spiral rotates the powder near the center of the shaft material to rotate the shaft, pushing it axially from the inside to both sides. The material near the outer spiral drive cylinder wall causes the shaft to rotate, pushing the axial direction inward from both sides.
It can be uniformly mixed in a short period of time.
Bottom discharge method: The powder material adopts a pneumatic large door structure for fast discharge and no residue. High precision materials or semi fluid materials are used with manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves. Manual butterfly valves are economical, while pneumatic butterfly valves are semi fluid and have good sealing, but their cost is higher than manual butterfly valves.
According to the customer's configuration, the cylinder body can be equipped with a sandwich layer, and there are two heating modes: electric heating and thermal oil heating. Electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow and the energy consumption is high; Heating heat transfer oil requires the installation of an oil pan, oil guide power, and pipelines, which requires a large investment but has fast heating speed and low energy consumption.
The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, which has a larger heat exchange area and faster cooling rate.
The motor and mixing shaft are directly connected using a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has a simple structure, high operational reliability, and easy maintenance.
