Stainless steel washing machine is used for surface cleaning of traditional Chinese medicine, vegetables, fruits and other agricultural products or similar materials. It uses water spray and general washing, as well as rolling friction of materials, to remove sediment, fur, residual pesticides and other impurities on the surface of materials. This machine is not suitable for cleaning materials or binding surface debris smaller than 6MM.

Installation and usage methods
1. Get in place
The machine should be placed indoors, with a solid and flat ground, sufficient logistics and operating space around it, and the equipment feet should be reliably fixed to the ground.
2. Check
Open the sealing plate on the feeding port side and visually inspect whether the internal components are missing or omitted. If there are any problems, adjustments or repairs should be made.
3. Water pipe connection
There are inlet pipes, overflow pipes, discharge pipes, and filtered water inlet pipes on the equipment. Each pipe has its own purpose, and attention should be paid when connecting them.
4. Add water
Connect the inlet pipe and fill the equipment water tank with water. Clear water will enter the water tank and fill it to the overflow position.
5. Connect to electricity
Open the lower outer sealing plate of the feeding end by a professional electrician, connect the corresponding three-phase (380V) power supply on the electrical box to each electrical appliance on the equipment, start the water pump (pressure should be greater than 0.1Mpa), indicating that the phase sequence is correct. Otherwise, switch any two wires connected to the power supply and adjust the phase.
6. Test drive
Start the drum motor to make the cylinder run at a constant speed without any abnormal sound. Start the water pump, water from each nozzle, and adjust the position of the water pipe by turning it if necessary.
7. Continuous cleaning
Start the drum and water pump, and the material will be fed into the hopper. After cleaning, it will be automatically discharged from the other end of the drum. Before operation, the machine should be started empty, the drum should be cleaned, and then the material should be discharged for cleaning.
8. Gap cleaning
For materials that are difficult to clean, the speed of the drum can be adjusted or stopped, and the motor can be repeatedly started to ensure that the material has enough cleaning and rolling times inside the drum to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
9. Change water
When a batch of materials is cleaned or the cleaning process requires a change in water, please open the drain pipe and remove the side sealing plates if necessary. Use cleaning tools to clean the dirt, debris, or sludge that has settled in the water tank, and then inject clean water.

Maintenance and Precautions
1. Gearbox
The oil level inside the reducer should be regularly checked, and when the oil level decreases, it should be replenished. When using the reducer, the lubricating oil should be replaced after 200 hours, and every 2000 hours thereafter.
2. Conveyor belt
If the motor starts and the drum runs slowly or does not rotate, it may be caused by the slipping of the transmission belt. Adjust the up and down position of the motor to tension the belt.
3. Midway shutdown
Please check if the leakage protection or thermal overload protection is activated inside the electrical control cabinet, identify the cause of the fault, and restart.
4. Spray nozzle cleaning
Open the water pipe clamp, remove the sprinkler pipe, check if there are any debris or dirt inside the pipe, clean it and reinstall it in the original way.
5. Water level
At any time, the water level in the water tank should exceed the position of the water pump by 3CM to avoid burning out the water pump due to water shortage.
6. The casing of the water pump should be reliably grounded to avoid accidents.
