High speed tube centrifuge is a type of centrifuge, which consists of sliding bearing components, drum components, collection tray components, head components, body, etc. The electric motor transmits power to the belt pulley and main shaft on the machine head through belts and pulleys, thereby driving the drum to rotate at high speed around its own axis, forming a strong centrifugal force field on the inner wall of the drum. The material is injected into the high-speed tube centrifuge drum through the bottom feeding port, and under the strong centrifugal force, the material liquid is forced to undergo layered movement. Lightweight liquid flows from the center of the drum to the upper part of the drum and is recovered through a collection tray; Heavy solids are thrown onto the inner wall of the drum and manually unloaded when the machine is stopped.
High speed tube centrifuges are mainly used for liquid-solid separation of fermentation broth bacterial cells, plant and traditional Chinese medicine extracts, health food, beverages, and post extraction of biochemical products. It is currently an ideal equipment for centrifugal separation. The minimum separation particle size is 1 micron, which is particularly suitable for the separation, extraction, concentration, and clarification of materials with small differences in specific gravity between liquid and solid phases, fine solid particle size, low content, and strong corrosiveness of the medium.
Product features of high-speed tube centrifuge:
1) The actual production capacity of a tube centrifuge depends on the characteristics of the material and the separation requirements.
2) The separation drum and parts in contact with the material can be customized with 316 stainless steel according to customer needs.
3) GQ - liquid-solid separation type; GF - Liquid Liquid Solid Separation Type; W - Lower damping oil-free lubrication system Z - Microcomputer control system.
4) If materials need to be separated at low temperatures, users should be able to choose cooling coils, and the cooling source should be provided by the demander.
