Tubular separators are often used to separate oil, water, bacteria, protein, and clarify essence oil. Special high-speed tube separators can be used for separating and concentrating gas mixtures of different densities.
Below, the editor will briefly introduce the testing and installation of the tubular separator:
1、 Before starting up: Check whether the connection between the main shaft and the drum is pre tightened, whether the upper end connection joint and buffer rubber pad of the main shaft are in the correct position, whether the bottom shaft of the drum is aligned with the pre tightened mark, whether the inlet bearing seat is fastened firmly and reliably, the tightness of each connection is appropriate, the power connection and neutral protection are reliable, whether the pressure cap on the liquid disc is pressing the liquid disc tightly, and whether the rotation direction of the drum is correct;
2、 Power on: When starting the power supply, pay attention to observing for any abnormal conditions. Do not leave the operating power supply or add materials until the machine has reached normal speed;
3、 Feeding: When the machine reaches normal speed, feed slowly and the pressure should be less than 0.1Mpa. Adjust to the normal feeding amount after the discharge port is discharged;
4、 Shutdown: Turn off the power and wait for about 12 minutes until the machine's energy stops. Do not operate any parts of the machine until it has stopped;
5、 Dismantling: After the machine is stopped, loosen the pressure cap of the liquid tray and remove the liquid tray. Take out the rotary drum from the machine body and place it on the work frame. Use a special wrench to open the bottom shaft and remove the three wings from the rotary drum to remove the solid matter inside. The operator should take self-protection measures and must clean the solid matter inside the rotary drum completely;
6、 Installation: After cleaning the drum, place the three wing alignment marks into the drum and install the bottom shaft. During installation, apply some lubrication to the threads, check if the sealing gasket is intact, align the bottom shaft seat with the drum markings, and pre tighten the bottom shaft and drum with appropriate pre tightening force. If the marking is not correct, the bottom shaft seal can be replaced to adjust it correctly. Place the drum into the machine, connect the main shaft to the upper liquid tray, and press the liquid tray tightly.
