Tube centrifuge is mainly used for separating various difficult to separate suspensions, especially suitable for solid-liquid separation with low concentration, high viscosity, fine solid particles, and small solid-liquid ratio difference. This machine is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, petroleum, and chemistry.
Below, the editor will briefly introduce to you the problems that tube centrifuges may encounter during operation? as shown below
1. Sludge should not be flocculated too early. At the feed inlet of the tubular centrifuge, sludge and flocculant enter the drum chamber together. In an instant, flocculation will occur through centrifugal force, causing the mud and water to quickly coagulate before entering the chamber, resulting in the formation of very large flocs. When it enters the centrifuge, it will be crushed, making it difficult for the mud and water to separate and resulting in poor separation efficiency.
2. If the drainage is not smooth, separate mud and water can form, and the drum and the casing will also collude. So the high-speed rotating drum releases mud and water at a high flow rate from the mud and drainage outlets to the outside of the equipment.
3. The flow selection of the mud pump and dosing pump must be reasonable, and it is also necessary to ensure that the frequency converter operates within a reasonable frequency range. After all, the inlet pump and dosing pump of the tube centrifuge are selected with frequency converters to regulate the flow rate. Under low-frequency conditions, the frequency converter operates continuously for a long time. Due to the low speed and high torque, the motor current is too high, which can cause some problems and be very detrimental to the motor.
4. When there are organic particles with a lower density than water in the sludge, the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating tube centrifuge is very small. These organic particles cannot deposit on the drum wall and can only be suspended in edema. Accompanied by the discharge of water outside the machine.
