A Brief Analysis of the Working Principle and Characteristics of Reverse Osmosis Purified Water Equipment
Date: 2025-01-08Read: 6
The working principle of reverse osmosis water purification equipment is to apply pressure higher than the natural osmotic pressure, so that water molecules pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, and dissolved solids, organic matter, bacteria and other impurities are trapped on the inlet side of the membrane, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying water. The specific process is as follows:
• Pressure filtration: Raw water is pressurized by a water pump and sent to the inlet end of the reverse osmosis membrane module.
Water molecules pass through the membrane: Under pressure, water molecules pass through the reverse osmosis membrane to become purified water.
Impurity retention: Dissolved solids, organic matter, bacteria and other impurities are retained on the surface or inside of the membrane, forming concentrated water.
• Produce purified water: The water treated with reverse osmosis membrane is purified water, which can be used for various purposes.

The main equipment features of reverse osmosis purified water equipment are:
Fully automatic operating system, efficient automatic flushing.
Imported instruments are used to accurately and continuously monitor and display water quality.
Design and manufacture according to customer requirements and actual site conditions.
The produced water meets the purified water standards of the 2000 edition of the pharmacopoeia and complies with GMP standards.
Directly using tap water to produce sterile pure water, the quality of the produced water can replace distilled water and double distilled water.
Key components such as imported pumps and reverse osmosis membranes are used.
