During the operation of ultrafine crushers, there are usually some malfunctions, and when encountering a slight malfunction, seeking maintenance personnel is not only a waste of time but also a waste of money. Usually, some minor issues can be repaired based on one's own experience.
The inspection and maintenance of ultrafine crushers usually start from the following three aspects:
1. Firstly, check the power socket, plug, and power cord for any signs of oxidation, detachment, or breakage. If not, plug in the power and test the machine.
2. When the motor is powered on but does not rotate, it can be concluded that one of the two starting capacitors of the machine has failed due to a slight adjustment of the wheel by hand. In this case, the only option is to replace the product with a new one.
3. Another situation is that the motor does not rotate when powered on, but can rotate when external force is applied. However, there is a weak current noise inside the motor, which is caused by slight leakage of the starting capacitor. If the current noise is too loud and the motor cannot start at all, it is determined that it is caused by a short circuit in the starting capacitor (if the motor coil is short circuited, professional repair is required). In the absence of professional instruments, the capacitor (4UF/400V) can be removed first, and the two leads can be inserted into the neutral and live sockets of the mains power to charge the capacitor. Then, the two leads can be short circuited and discharged. If discharge sparks can be emitted and there is a loud "pop" sound at this time, it indicates that the capacitor can be used; If the spark and sound are weak, it indicates that the capacitance of the capacitor has decreased and needs to be replaced or an additional small capacitor needs to be added. If the capacitor of the multifunctional crusher is damaged and short circuited, this method cannot be used, and it must be replaced with a new product of the same specification to repair it.
The above points are relatively easy to troubleshoot and maintain, and we can solve them ourselves while ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
