Adhesive labeling machine is a commonly used equipment on production lines, mainly used for pasting product labels, etc. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, extend the service life of the machine, and ensure product quality, the following are the operation and maintenance procedures for the adhesive labeling machine for your reference.
1、 Operating procedures
1. Before starting the device, check whether it is in normal condition, such as whether the power plug is in good contact, and whether the components are loose, detached, or deformed.
Before starting, it is necessary to perform a simple cleaning of the equipment to ensure that it is dust-free and free of impurities, which is a prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
3. Normal operation: Raise the label scroll in advance, adjust it to the appropriate position, adjust the sticker position, and adjust the position where the material is fed in.
4. Place the label in the label cover of the automatic labeling machine, then press the start button to start automatic photo scanning and printing and labeling of the label. At the same time, set up a display screen in the workshop to check whether the printed barcode meets the requirements.
During the labeling process, if it is found that the labels are not properly or completely attached, the machine should be stopped immediately to check the labeling system, observe the glue status and the configuration of each part, and strive to solve the problem in the shortest possible time.
6. During the use of the device, do not casually insert your hands into the interior of the device to avoid danger.
2、 Maintenance Regulations
1. Regularly check whether all wiring of the equipment is safe and reliable. Before starting up, it is necessary to conduct a thorough inspection and promptly solve any problems found.
2. Regularly clean the interior of the equipment, thoroughly remove dust and impurities from the components and sensors, and use a hair dryer to blow away dust, cigarette ash, and other debris inside the machine.
3. Regularly lubricate and maintain the equipment, check whether the bearings and other vulnerable parts of each part need to be replaced, ensure easy operation of each part, and apply oil and anti-corrosion treatment to the equipment base.
4. Regularly inspect the wires and cables of each power equipment compressor and electrical components, as well as the filter mesh of the electrical appliances, check the condition of the filter cloth, and continuously clean the dust and impurities of the filter mesh.
5. The interior and exterior of the electrical control box should be regularly cleaned with a cloth or cotton yarn, and compressed air should be used to blow and remove dust regularly to avoid faults such as loose wires and power supply aging caused by dust accumulation and corrosion.
When the daily usage of the machine increases, we also need to regularly upgrade and maintain the equipment. For some consumable parts on the machine, such as ink, we need to replace them in a timely manner to ensure the normal use of the machine.
