1Test significance

Biscuits are a type of crispy snack made mainly from wheat flour, supplemented with sugar, oil, and other ingredients, and baked through a baking process. Biscuits are sensitive to moisture, and when exposed to high moisture environments, they are prone to absorbing water vapor, resulting in a decrease in the crispness of the biscuits and even creating favorable conditions for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, leading to mold problems in the biscuits. 4.1 Test principle

This device is designed using the weighing method testing principle. During the experiment, the sample is clamped in a moisture permeable cup and the humidity on both sides of the sample is different, resulting in a certain humidity difference. According to the principle of gas diffusion, water vapor will pass through the sample from the high humidity side and enter the drying side, causing a change in the weight of the moisture permeable cup.
