The vibration type ultrafine crusher equipment can adapt to various types and varieties of traditional Chinese medicine with different characteristics and significant differences; Animal medicine, mineral medicine, tough, brittle, high hardness, low hardness, high fiber content, high oil content, high sugar content, and so on can all be crushed into cell level micro powders with certain process measures.

The standard operating procedure and precautions for a vibrating ultrafine crusher are as follows:

1、 Preparation before operation

1. Equipment inspection

Confirm that the four legs of the equipment are stable, the locking bolts are not loose, and the power grounding is normal.

Check that there are no residues in the crushing chamber, and that the cutting tools and mesh are intact (if damaged, they need to be replaced).

2. Material pretreatment

The material needs to be dried (moisture content ≤ 10%) to remove metal/sand impurities, and those with excessive hardness need to be pre crushed.

The loading capacity should be no less than half of the capacity of the material box.

2、 Operation process

1. Loading and fixing

Align the material box with the feeding port below the grinding cylinder and secure it with a clamp.

Flip the material box to the top and rotate the locking pin handle clockwise to fix the grinding cylinder.

2. Start crushing

Turn on the power, set the "manual/automatic" switch to automatic mode, and press the start button.

Monitor abnormal noise or vibration during operation, and immediately shut down if any abnormalities are found.

3. Unloading operation

Automatically stop the machine when the set time is reached, and rotate the locking pin handle counterclockwise.

Flip the material box to the bottom and fix it, start the equipment to vibrate for ≤ 30 seconds to make the residual material fall off, and unload it into the collection container.

3、 Maintenance and safety

1. Cleaning and maintenance

Clean the crushing chamber with a long haired brush and wipe the machine body with a damp cloth to prevent moisture absorption.

Regularly lubricate bearings, inspect transmission components, clean fans and dust removal systems.

2. Safety regulations

It is strictly prohibited to open the hood or reach into the chamber during operation. After shutdown, idle for 2 minutes to discharge excess materials.

During maintenance, power off operation is prohibited, and forced start-up with faults is prohibited.
