Testing process for sealing performance of PET plastic bottles

　　(1) Insert the special fixture onto the PET plastic bottle cap and secure it, then immerse it in water from the vacuum tank.

　　(2) Close the sealing cover and set the test parameters such as stamping pressure and holding time inside the vacuum tank through the microcomputer operation interface.

　　(3) Turn on the vacuum pump and press the start test button on the operation panel to start the test.

　　(4) During the stamping and holding processes, increase the pressure to 200kPa and hold it underwater for 1 minute to check for any air leaks. Then increase the pressure to 350kPa and hold it for 1 minute to check if the bottle cap has come loose or popped out.
