Bottle cap torque testing has always been an important component of quality control in the packaging industry. This testing project helps prevent product deterioration caused by loose bottle caps, product leakage, or spoilage during transportation for consumers. Previously, torque testing was conducted using manual testers, whose accuracy was affected by the operator's operating force. Certain factors could cause the bottle cap to deform, and the manual rotation speed was uneven, resulting in inaccurate results. Manual testing is more difficult to grip the bottle cap tightly, which can cause slipping and affect the accuracy of manual testing. On this basis, we have developed a fully automatic bottle cap torque meter. The CTT-10 fully automatic bottle cap torque tester is applied in multiple industries such as beverages, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, personal care, cosmetics, consumer goods, automobiles, and chemical industries.
The fully automatic bottle cap torque meter can detect the torque values of bottle cap locking, opening, and tightening for packaging products such as medicinal plastic bottles, oral solid bottles, medicinal plastic bottles, oral solid bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, non carbonated mineral water bottles, cosmetic bottles, etc. The instrument has a memory function for test results, which is convenient for querying and meets the testing needs of different standards.
Testing principle of fully automatic bottle cap torque tester;
Fix the sample bottle body on a specially made torque fixture, with the bottom end of the fixture fixed to the torque sensor inside the testing box. Rotate the bottle cap to drive the bottle body, causing the torque sensor to react and test the required torque value for clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the bottle cap.
Correctly understanding and accurately grasping the torque of bottle caps is the key to the supervision of manufacturers. As a common container for food and medicine packaging, there are risks that affect the integrity of the packaging everywhere. The key to quality control lies in being good at discovering risks.
