The needle tube toughness tester is widely used in medical device manufacturers, quality inspection agencies, research institutes, and other units. Below, the editor will introduce the method of using a needle tube toughness tester to test the toughness of indwelling needle tubes:

1. Turn on the power;

2. Press any key or click "Next" on the screen;

3. At this point, the cursor * is in front of "Test". Click on the "Settings" option to set "Pipe Wall", "Specification", "Angle", "Frequency", and "Date&Time".

After clicking on "Tube Wall", there are three options available: "Normal Wall", "Thin Wall", and "Ultra Thin Wall".

5. After clicking on "Specification", it will be displayed. Click on "Change" to select the nominal specification corresponding to the pipe wall.

After clicking on "Angle", there are three options for the bending angle: "15 degrees", "20 degrees", and "25 degrees".

7. After clicking on "number of times", there are two options for testing times: "20 times" and "99 times".

8. After clicking on "Date&Time", click on "Date" and select the accurate date to confirm. The change of time is similar to the change of date.

9. When the content displayed in the "Main Menu" matches the measured syringe, click "Test" to display the test is complete. If printing is required, click "Print".
