Horizontal screw belt mixer is widely used in the mixing of solid (i.e. powder to powder) and slurry (i.e. powder to slurry) in organic fertilizers, pesticides, veterinary drugs, food, chemicals, biology, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, compound fertilizers, etc. It is also particularly suitable for mixing viscous materials.
Maintenance and upkeep of horizontal screw belt mixer:
1. When the mixer is frequently used, it must be replaced with new oil every three months. When replacing, the reducer should be cleaned and then filled with new oil.
2. When assembling and disassembling the mixing slurry, it should be dismantled gently, installed steadily, and placed gently to avoid deformation and damage.
3. The mixer should be inspected 1-2 times a month, including the worm gear, worm gear, bearings, and oil seals. The inspection should check whether the operating parts are flexible and whether the fasteners are loose. Any abnormal situations should be dealt with in a timely manner.
4. After use, the mixer should be cleaned of residual materials in all parts of the machine. If it is not in use for a long time, the machine must be wiped clean, and the surface of the parts should be coated with anti rust oil and covered with a cloth.
5. The electrical control components of the mixer should be kept clean and sensitive, and any malfunctions should be promptly repaired.
