MixerIt can be fed in two forms: vacuum automatic feeding and manual feeding, with a fully enclosed disc-shaped valve discharge structure. It can achieve dust-free operation, and there is no mechanical compression or strong friction during material mixing, which can keep the material particles intact. The mixer is made of stainless steel and has no pollution to the mixture. In addition, the mixer is also equipped with a timing device that can control the mixing time of materials. The mixer improves mixing efficiency, allowing particles to be fully mixed and dispersed, and achieving micron level mixing uniformity. It has a wide range of applications, such as strong mixing, balling, dispersing, crushing, drying, granulation, and coating of slurries, liquids, and powders.
Safety precautions during the operation of the mixer:
(1) When replacing resin or pigment, the discharge valve and discharge cylinder wall of the mixing container must be cleaned thoroughly.
(2) Pay attention to whether the motor runs smoothly, has no abnormal noise, and whether the temperature rise is normal.
(3) Before starting the machine, no feeding is allowed to reduce excessive resistance. Plasticizer should be slowly added during machine operation and should not be suddenly poured into the machine to avoid local material agglomeration and sudden increase in load.
(4) The mixed materials in the mixing container must be cleaned thoroughly before closing the discharge valve to prevent the materials from getting stuck in front of the valve and causing leakage.
(5) Pay attention to checking whether the main shaft bearings, belts, and other transmission parts are normal. If there is any abnormal sound or vibration, stop rotating immediately. Damaged parts should be replaced and repaired in a timely manner.
(6) Regularly pay attention to the ammeter reading not exceeding the rated value. If the ammeter reading increases sharply, stop immediately, investigate the cause, eliminate the fault, and then continue production.
(7) Startup sequence: Close the discharge valve - Add material - Close the lid - Start at low speed - Start at high speed - Mix according to process requirements for time and temperature - Discharge.
(8) Be careful not to switch from high speed to low speed.
