Working principle of roller extrusion granulator
Powdered materials are quantitatively and uniformly added to the main hopper of the rolling mill to maintain a constant material level. Then, the longitudinal conical spiral in the main hopper of the rolling mill pre compresses the powder and transports it to the arc-shaped groove of two pressure rollers. The material is bitten into the groove and compressed instantly. After compression forming, the pressure it bears gradually decreases. According to the user's particle size requirements, it is sieved and graded to obtain uniform granular products that meet quality requirements.
