Working Principle:
Under high-speed operation of the machine, the movable cutterhead collides and rubs against the fixed gear ring, and the material is crushed through the cutting collision and friction between them. The particle size can be obtained by replacing the sieve. This configuration, which includes cyclone discharge and bag dust removal, cannot be selected due to low production requirements. The crushed material is separated by a cyclone and flows out from the discharge port. Dust enters the bag filter for dust removal, filtration, recycling, and reuse under the action of the vacuum motor. Can be replaced according to different materials.
