Ultrasonic bottle cleaning machine is a type of ultrasonic cleaning equipment used in the pharmaceutical machinery industry. Its appearance is mostly ultrasonic vibrating plate type, and it can clean ampoules, penicillin bottles, large infusion bottles, yellow round bottles, oral liquid bottles, etc.
Cleaning principle: The ultrasonic generator converts the power frequency electrical energy into a high-frequency electrical signal of 28KHz, which is transmitted to the transducer through a high-frequency cable. After the transducer inside the vibration box is applied with high-frequency voltage, strong ultrasonic vibration is generated, which rapidly propagates in the liquid and acts on the inner and outer walls of various medical bottles, with more than 20000 vibrations per second, thereby shaking off micrometer scale dirt and achieving the purpose of cleaning.
Cleaning process: The bottles are loaded into a specially designed tray, which consists of a bottle tray and a cover plate, and is separated and positioned by a hole on the bottle tray. Manually delivered to the * workstation, circulating water sprays and fills the river with water, then sinks to the ultrasonic tank for ultrasonic rough cleaning; Subsequently, the bottle tray is lifted and pushed into the second workstation, and water is sprayed downwards to rinse the outer bottle. The needle is inserted into the bottle (air flushing), cleaned once (injection water), cleaned twice (injection water), air flushed three times, shaken dry, with the bottle mouth facing upwards, and automatically enters the sterilization oven.
