The process principle of the rubber plug aluminum cover cleaning machine equipment mainly includes the following aspects:
1. Preprocessing
Firstly, select the rubber plug aluminum cover from the production line, clean and disinfect the unformed products, and prepare for the cleaning of the rubber plug aluminum cover. The main disinfection methods include ultraviolet lamp irradiation, high-temperature disinfection, low-temperature disinfection, and so on.
2. Loading materials
The rubber plug aluminum cover that needs to be cleaned is fed into the feeding port of the cleaning machine through loading equipment such as material platforms, pneumatic suction cups, and pneumatic trays, and the entire cleaning process is completed under the command of the PLC computer.
3. High pressure spray cleaning
The rubber stopper aluminum cover is located in a relatively long cleaning area inside the equipment, and is continuously cleaned by a high-pressure sprayer. At the same time, the spray pipe made of seamless stainless steel plate sprays quickly and efficiently from multiple angles to ensure that every particle of rubber stopper aluminum cover can be sprayed clean.
4. Aluminum cover independent cleaning
Due to the special nature of aluminum caps, the rubber plug aluminum cap cleaning machine equipment independently cleans all aluminum caps to isolate impurities between the rubber plug and aluminum cap, thereby avoiding problems such as cross contamination.
5. Multi stage cyclic filtration
The cleaning machine equipment is equipped with multi-stage high-pressure sprayers inside. When each stage of high-pressure sprayers sprays clean water, it is filtered through a sieve filter and then refluxed back to the cleaning process, greatly saving water consumption, reducing water resource waste, and ensuring the cleanliness of the cleaning water.
6. Post processing
After multi-stage high-pressure spraying and circulating filtration, the rubber plug aluminum cover is transferred to the next workstation inside the equipment. Sterilization, lubrication and other treatments can be carried out according to actual process requirements to protect and re disinfect the rubber plug aluminum cover.
