Rubber stopper cleaning machine is a key equipment used in the pharmaceutical industry to process pharmaceutical rubber stoppers. Its structural principle and process technology are continuously optimized with the improvement of GMP requirements. The following are its core features and application analysis:
1、 Structural principle
1. Core components
The equipment mainly consists of a cleaning cylinder (made of 316L stainless steel), an ultrasonic generator, a hot air system, a vacuum pump, and a PLC control system. The cleaning cylinder adopts a special sieve hole design, and the inner surface is polished to Ra0.2 microns. The volume ratio (the volume of the rubber plug and the volume of the cylinder) is usually controlled at 0.33-0.35 to avoid damage to the rubber plug.
2. Cleaning technology
Ultrasonic cleaning: It removes dirt through the cavitation effect of high-frequency pulse bubbles, especially suitable for complex structures such as rubber plugs and umbilical eyes. The cleaning time only takes 5-10 minutes/time to achieve clarity requirements.
Air impact/vacuum defoaming: High speed water or air flow impacts the surface of the rubber plug, using vibration and pressure changes to remove particles, with minimal mechanical damage to the rubber plug.
2、 Widely used
1. Pharmaceutical industry
Mainly used for cleaning, silicification, sterilization, and drying of powder injections and oral liquid stoppers, the fully automatic model can complete multiple processes at once to avoid cross contamination. For example, after ultrasonic cleaning, the clarity of 80000 rubber plugs per batch is significantly improved and there is no surface damage.
2. Other fields
Some models have been expanded to include medical devices, aluminum lid cleaning, and other scenarios, such as the flip type vertical model that is compatible with rubber plugs and aluminum lid processing.
