The screw packaging machine adopts a specially designed large-diameter screw for powder packaging, which can accurately fill and adapt to various drugs of different viscosities. The single head screw can complete various filling volumes, with a wide range of filling volumes, precise filling volumes, high sealing efficiency, and a wide range of bottle body applications. It is equipped with bottle pouring, no bottle, and automatic parking alarm devices.
Before operating the screw packaging machine, the following preparations should be made:
1. Check if there are any glass shards, tools, or other foreign objects on the machine. If any are found, please clean them up in a timely manner.
2. Check the fit of the gears in each transmission mechanism and add disinfected lubricating oil to each mechanical transmission part.
3. Use the handwheel to turn the equipment and check for any blockages during operation.
4. Check if the vacuum has been sterilized and filtered, and verify if the vacuum pressure gauge meets the requirements of the equipment.
5. Check if the nitrogen has been sterilized and filtered. Check the pressure gauge.
6. Install each powder feeding device and check if the outer shell of the spiral rod and funnel are rubbing against each other. If there is any rubbing, the red light will sound an alarm. Loosen the two screws under the funnel and move it to a suitable position so that the screws do not touch, and then tighten the screws.
7. Connect the main power supply, first jog to check if the direction of operation is correct, then drive the empty car to check if each workstation can operate accurately and if the actions are coordinated.
8. Use reflective ytterbium to adjust the position of the lower powder rod of the spiral to the center, then drive the empty car to indicate that the indicator light is normal, and a fault alarm for the spiral rod hitting the shell appears. Metal shavings are generated and adjustments must continue until
completelyNormal. Drive the empty car for three minutes, and at the same time, lay a white silk cloth under the funnel to check if there are any foreign objects falling from the equipment. If metal shavings or black powder clumps are found falling, notify the maintenance worker for repair in a timely manner.
9. When driving an empty car, check the position of the bottle feeding tray during rotation. If it is not accurate, loosen the two screws on the bottle feeding tray to rotate it to a certain position. When the bottle position meets the requirements, tighten the two screws.
10. Set the frequency, number of steps, and rotation steps according to the indicated amount of filling powder according to the operating method in the "Numerical Control System Manual" of the microcomputer.
11. According to the operating instructions of the frequency converter, set the required frequency to ensure that the machine has a suitable operating speed.
12. Turn on the oscillation switch, rotate the oscillation adjustment knob, and adjust the speed of the rubber plug and cover separately, so that the rubber plug and aluminum cover are filled in the track.
13. Test the operation of the empty bottle and check if there are any failures or broken bottles. If any are found, please adjust the clearance of each transmission part in a timely manner. It is best to ensure that the bottle with the largest outer diameter in each batch of production can pass smoothly.
14. Selection of powder screw: Select appropriate screws with different pitches (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm) according to the size of the powder and the viscosity of the medicine powder.
15. Selection of Powder Mouth: Choose appropriate small mouths with different pore sizes (6mm, 6.5mm, 7mm, 7.5mm, 8mm) based on the size of the filling and the viscosity of the powder.
