1、 Key points of daily maintenance
1. Environmental control
The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or humid environments, to prevent condensation from accumulating and causing scaling or corrosion.
Regularly clean the surface of the equipment, use a soft cloth to wipe away stains, and avoid corrosive cleaning agents damaging the casing.
2. Run inspection
Before starting up, check if the power cord and interface are securely fastened to ensure no looseness or damage.
Monitor for abnormal noise or vibration during runtime and promptly troubleshoot any issues.
3. Condenser cleaning
Clean the condenser weekly to prevent dust from clogging and affecting heat dissipation efficiency.
Check the quality and quantity of cooling water to ensure the normal operation of the cooling system.
2、 Regular deep maintenance
1. Seal and filter replacement
Check the condition of the sealing ring every 3 months. If it is aging or worn, it should be replaced immediately to avoid vacuum leakage.
Replace the circulating fluid filter element according to the frequency of use to prevent impurities from entering the system.
2. Vacuum system maintenance
Regularly calibrate the vacuum degree (recommended below 100 Pa) to ensure efficient concentration of volatile reagents.
Check the pipeline connections to prevent leakage and insufficient vacuum.
3. Lubrication and rust prevention
Add lubricating oil to mechanical components (such as bearings) to reduce wear.
Thoroughly clean and apply rust proof oil when not in use for a long time.
3、 Operating standards and safety
1. Proper use of processes
Set the temperature of the constant temperature water bath (5-10 ℃) to avoid sample freezing or rapid evaporation of reagents.
Avoid frequent power on and off to reduce device impact.
2. Fault handling
Stop the machine immediately upon alarm, investigate the cause according to the manual, and prohibit forced restart.
Cut off the power before maintenance and wear protective equipment (gloves, goggles).
3. Record management
Establish maintenance logs to record maintenance time, component replacement, and abnormal situations.
4、 Long term disuse and transportation
1. Thoroughly clean the equipment, drain residual liquids, and apply oil to protect metal parts.
2. Store in a dry environment and cover with a dust cover.
By implementing the above maintenance measures, the lifespan of the equipment can be significantly extended and experimental accuracy can be ensured.
