The maintenance and upkeep of the tank type ultrasonic extraction machine should focus on the maintenance of the ultrasonic system, extraction tank body, and ancillary equipment. The specific methods are as follows:
1、 Daily cleaning and inspection
1. Tank and probe cleaning
Immediately drain the extraction solution after each use, rinse the inner wall of the tank and ultrasonic probe with clean water, and wipe the residue with a soft cloth; Stubborn stains can be wiped with 70% ethanol (hard brushes are prohibited).
2. Filter/Cartridge Maintenance
Regularly check the inlet and outlet filter screens, and rinse them in reverse with clean water when they are clogged; If the pressure difference of the filter element is greater than 0.1MPa, it needs to be replaced.
3. Shell and interface maintenance
After power failure, clean the equipment casing, power interface, and control panel with a lint free soft cloth to avoid liquid infiltration into the circuit.
2、 Core component maintenance
1. Ultrasonic transducer
Check the connection wires of the transducer monthly for looseness and wear, and replace them promptly if there are any abnormalities;
Regularly clean the surface scale of the transducer to ensure good heat dissipation (no-load operation ≤ 4 hours).
2. Sealing system
Before each operation, check whether the sealing ring of the tank cover is cracked or deformed. If it ages, replace it immediately to prevent leakage.
3. Solvent recovery device
The condenser should be cleaned once a month, and the air tightness of the recycling pipeline should be checked quarterly.
3、 Operation monitoring and calibration
1. Parameter stability check
After starting up, monitor the ultrasonic frequency fluctuation (normal deviation<± 3%), and calibrate the temperature sensor when the error is>± 2 ℃.
2. Solvent compatibility management
After using organic solvents such as ethanol, thoroughly rinse the tank and pipelines to prevent corrosion of the equipment.
3. Abnormal shutdown handling
When encountering a sudden drop in ultrasonic intensity or overheating alarm, immediately cut off the power and check the transducer or cooling system.
4、 Regular in-depth maintenance
1. Quarterly: Thoroughly dismantle and clean the pipelines inside the tank, verify the pressure gauge and safety valve;
2. Every six months: professional personnel inspect the power output of the ultrasonic generator and replace worn mixing components;
3. Annual maintenance: Conduct system insulation testing, upgrade control software, and backup parameters.
5、 Precautions
1. Avoid colliding with the tank or probe to prevent damage to the transducer chip;
2. The storage environment of the equipment should be dry and ventilated (humidity<80%), away from heat sources;
3. Non professionals are prohibited from disassembling the ultrasonic generator circuit.
