This countercurrent extraction is composed of a feeding hopper, a rotary extraction cylinder, and a slag discharge screw conveyor. After rough crushing and soaking, the raw materials are fed into the hopper, and the extraction cylinder rotates. At the same time, the spiral belt fixed on the inner wall of the extraction cylinder slowly pushes the material backwards from the front end of the unit. At the same time, the extraction solvent enters the extraction cylinder from the inlet pipe at the end of the unit and flows through the moving material from the back end of the cylinder to the front end. The solid-liquid two-phase substances fully contact each other in this reverse motion, thereby extracting the effective ingredients from the medicinal materials. The medicinal residue is forcibly pushed to the slag outlet by the slag discharge screw conveyor and discharged. The slag discharge screw simultaneously squeezes the medicinal residue, squeezing out the residual medicinal solution from the medicinal tissue and reducing the residual medicinal solution content.
