1. The instrument cannot be started
Reason: Internal moisture or short circuit of the circuit.
Solution: Place the instrument in a 100 ℃ oven and dry for 3 hours; If it still cannot be started, check if the circuit is short circuited and repair it.
2. Abnormal operating noise
Reason: Uneven placement or worn internal parts.
Solution: Adjust the instrument to a horizontal position; If the noise persists, check and replace worn parts.
3. Incomplete sample fragmentation
Reason: Improper parameter settings or incorrect selection of amplitude lever.
Solution: Select a suitable amplitude lever based on the sample size (such as Φ 2 for<5ml samples and Φ 6 for 10-100ml samples), and adjust the power and time parameters.
4. Display unstable or jumping
Reason: unstable voltage, insufficient preheating, or electrode system malfunction.
Solution: Check the power supply voltage to ensure sufficient preheating time; If the electrode is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
5. Probe is damaged without load
Reason: Start ultrasonic waves when not immersed in liquid.
Solution: Before starting, ensure that the probe is completely immersed 1-2cm below the sample liquid level to avoid touching the container wall.
6. Excessive temperature causes sample denaturation
Reason: Long continuous working hours or insufficient cooling.
Solution: Adopt pulse mode (5 seconds on/3 seconds off), combined with ice bath or circulating water cooling system.
7. Wear or corrosion of the amplitude lever
Reason: Long term use or improper cleaning.
Solution: Regularly check the integrity of the amplitude lever, wipe it immediately with deionized water and ethanol after use, and soak stubborn stains in 1% NaOH for a short period of time.
8. Frequency automatic tracking failure
Reason: Circuit aging or uncalibrated parameters.
Solution: Calibrate the output power with an energy meter every six months. If the deviation is greater than 10%, it needs to be sent back to the factory for debugging.
9. The sound insulation effect of the soundproof box decreases
Reason: Aging of sound-absorbing sponge or inadequate sealing of windows.
Solution: Replace the wave absorbing sponge and check the sealing of the acrylic window.
10. Security protection function triggered
Reason: Overload or overheating.
Solution: Check if the sample size exceeds the limit to ensure the normal operation of the cooling system; Reset and reset the parameters.
