Aluminum plastic blister packaging machines can be distinguished by molding and hot pressing sealing methods, with molding divided into drum type and flat plate type. The flat plate positive pressure forming effect is better than the drum vacuum forming effect; Hot sealing can also be divided into drum type and flat plate type. Flat plate hot pressing sealing has better sealing effect than drum type hot pressing sealing, while drum type hot pressing sealing is superior to flat plate type hot pressing sealing in terms of speed and reliability.

1. Bubble forming

According to the principle of bubble forming, PVC film (hard sheet) is heated and then molded into the desired shape and size using compressed air or vacuum through a mold. If there is a problem with the molded bubble, it can be:

(1) Is the PVC film (hard sheet) a qualified product;
(2) Is the temperature of the heating device too high or too low;
(3) Is the surface of the heating device adhered to PVC;
(4) Whether the molding mold is qualified, whether the molding holes are smooth, and whether the pores are unobstructed;
(5) Is the cooling system of the molding mold working properly and effectively;
(6) Can the vacuum degree and exhaust rate of drum type negative pressure forming reach normal values, and whether there are normal losses in the pipeline;
(7) Whether the compressed air for flat positive pressure forming is clean and dry, whether the pressure and flow rate can reach normal values, and whether there are normal losses in the pipeline;
(8) Is the flat positive pressure forming mold clamped parallel to the PVC tape and is there any air leakage.

2. Some technologically advanced aluminum-plastic blister packaging machines are equipped with various automatic monitoring devices that can provide various protective effects. When the following problems are detected, the machine will automatically stop running:

(1) Open the safety cover;
(2) Insufficient compressed air pressure;
(3) Insufficient heating temperature;
(4) PVC film or aluminum foil is used up;
(5) The packaged drugs have been used up;
(6) Mechanical overload at certain workstations;
(7) Circuit overload.

3. Whether it is drum or flat hot press sealing, when there are problems such as unclear heat sealing mesh, uneven mesh depth, and PVC tape displacement causing bubbles during heat sealing, the following aspects need to be addressed:

(1) Whether the aluminum foil is a qualified product, and whether the heat sealing surface is coated with hot-melt adhesive that meets the requirements;
(2) Is the temperature of the heating device too high or too low;
(3) Is there any abnormal resistance during the operation of PVC tape or aluminum foil;
(4) Whether the heat sealing mold is qualified, whether the surface is flat and smooth, and whether the foam cover formed on the PVC strip can be smoothly inserted into the holes of the heat sealing roller (plate);
(5) Is the mesh pattern on the mesh roller (plate) clear and consistent in depth;
(6) Is the cooling system of the heat sealed mold working properly and effectively;
(7) Is the pressure required for heat sealing normal;
(8) Are the heat sealing roller (plate) and the mesh roller (plate) parallel.
