1. Do not install, there are rubber wheels under the machine base that can be moved.
2. Full time personnel training for operation and maintenance.
3. The grounding wire should be connected according to the position of the grounding label.
5. Before production, all parts of the aluminum-plastic packaging machine must be oiled (refer to the operating instructions).
6. When the aluminum-plastic packaging machine leaves the factory, lubricating oil must be added to the transmission case strap before production.
7. Propose to use oil-free air compressors for aluminum-plastic packaging machines.
8. The pressure on molding, heat sealing, indentation and other parts should not be too high, otherwise it will affect the service life. The shape pad of the formed indentation should leave about one millimeter of floating space.
