The high-speed soft double aluminum packaging machine is designed based on excellent domestic and foreign models. The machine has four side sealing and high packaging efficiency. Advantages such as automatic batch number printing and tear line pressing. Widely applicable to the packaging of granules, capsules, and shaped tablets in industries such as medicine and food.
Below, the editor will briefly introduce the maintenance instructions for the high-speed soft double aluminum packaging machine, as follows:
A) Not used for 3-5 months, vulnerable parts (such as adhesive, high-temperature cloth, sealing knife, etc.) may have local damage, so it is necessary to reserve an appropriate amount of vulnerable parts and maintain them regularly
B) All four surfaces of the high-pressure adhesive can be used. If the adhesive is damaged during use, please use a different surface immediately;
C) When the high-temperature cloth is damaged, first loosen the four fixing screws that secure the high-temperature cloth, then rotate the rotary lever to roll the burnt high-temperature cloth forward or backward, and finally lock the fixing screws;
D) The sealing knife is located under the high-temperature cloth. After removing the high-temperature cloth, it can be seen. Loosen the screw on the electrode fixing cover with a screwdriver and remove it. Lift the electrode pressure rod and loosen the fixing screw of the sealing knife, then the sealing knife can be easily removed. Identify the installation of two electrodes at both ends of the new sealing knife and tighten the fixing screws to replace the sealing knife;
