1、 Instructions for using pill making machine/traditional Chinese medicine pill making machine/concentrated pill making machine
1Before using this machine, remove the upper cover shell and gearbox cover, and add several drops of moisture free edible oil to each oil hole. Then, use medical alcohol to scrub the four rollers and the parts in contact with the pills for disinfection.
2Reinstall and reset the upper cover shell and gearbox cover, turn on the power, turn on the switch, and run the machine empty for 1-2 minutes.
3Take an appropriate amount of the evenly mixed bulk medicine and put it into the extruder for cutting. Then, place the medicine strips horizontally one by one in the pill making groove and directly rub them into pills.
4Coating: After the pill is made, it can be placed in a water pill coating machine and wrapped into a white, red or other outer coat.
5Drying method: After the pills are made, they can be placed in a water pill coating machine for electric heating or drying. They can also be dried with hot air from a hair dryer or directly dried in sunlight.
6Polishing method: Place the pill in a water pill coating machine and roll it continuously. The longer the rolling time, the smoother the surface.
2、 Notice for users of pill making machine/traditional Chinese medicine pill making machine/concentrated pill making machine
1This machine is suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -5 ℃ to 40 ℃ and relative humidity below 90%. There is no conductive dust or corrosive metal gas around, and it should be placed in a ventilated and clean location.
2When operating, there should be no other unrelated items on the workbench. The pill making machine should be placed on a stable tabletop. After confirming the power supply voltage, the power supply should be close to the tabletop, and the power socket should have a reliable grounding wire. It is strictly prohibited to pull the power cord forcefully to prevent the pill making machine from tipping over, falling, and other accidents from occurring.
3After using this machine, remove the hexagonal screws and open the upper and lower parts with the roller as the boundary. Remove the four rollers, clean them with medical alcohol, and then install and reset them.
4When using medical alcohol to clean or replace the pill making roller, the main power must be cut off and the power plug must be unplugged to avoid personal accidents.
5During the start-up and use of the pill making machine, it is strictly prohibited to touch the pill making roller with hands, brushes or other tools to avoid finger injuries. It is also strictly prohibited to process pills with electricity under the protection of the upper cover shell and gearbox cover to avoid unnecessary personal accidents.
6If the power cord is damaged (such as exposed bare wire, etc.), the power cord must be used. Purchase replacement from the local office maintenance department. If the switch or socket fails, it must be stopped from use. It is strictly prohibited to change the circuit and continue using it. It is necessary to replace the same specification of the switch or socket in a timely manner to avoid mechanical or personal accidents.
7The crushing equipment that comes with this machine can be selected from our factory's LH-08B flow type traditional Chinese medicine crusher or XFB-400g to 500g swing type traditional Chinese medicine crusher.
8The water pill coating machine can be directly disassembled and washed when not in use. Rotate clockwise and pull it out. Place it in a reliable and clean location for use, and apply a small amount of clean anhydrous edible oil to the exposed part of the water pill coating machine to prevent floating rust. It is strictly prohibited to directly clean the entire machine or electric heater with water. When not in use, this machine must be placed in a dry, clean, and ventilated place. During the use of the electric heater, it is strictly prohibited to come into contact with water to prevent conductivity and prevent personal accidents such as electric shock.
