The fully automatic pill making machine solves the problems of low efficiency and poor consistency in manual pill making through mechanical extrusion and precision molding technology, and has become the core equipment for the industrialization of modern traditional Chinese medicine pills. The core principle and application scenarios of the fully automatic pill making machine are as follows:
1、 Core working principle
1. Squeezing strips: After mixing or refining drugs (paste or powder with excipients) into a silo, they are extruded by the rotation of a screw propeller to form uniformly sized strips.
2. Synchronous transmission: The medicine strip is guided by a guide wheel and a straightener, and accurately synchronized into the pill making knife wheel module.
3. Cutting and rolling: The pill making wheel divides the medicine strip into sections through a high-speed rotating cutting blade, and rolls it into smooth and uniformly sized pills with the help of a rolling mechanism.
4. Some equipment adopts a horizontal or vertical strip design, and adjusts the cutting speed of the pellets through a continuously variable speed motor to ensure a pellet weight difference rate of ≤ 2%.
2、 Main application scenarios
1. Pharmaceutical field:
Pill types: Supports the production of various dosage forms such as honey pills, water pills, concentrated pills, paste pills, and water honey pills to meet the standardization requirements of traditional Chinese medicine.
Applicable scenarios: Mass production in large and medium-sized pharmaceutical factories, customized small batch production in hospital preparation rooms, and pill development in health food factories.
2. Small scale requirements: For clinics, pharmacies, and research institutions, small desktop devices (such as CZ-688S) have the characteristics of small size (about 600 × 570 × 700mm), light weight (100-200kg), and convenient variety replacement.
3、 Key technical features and specifications
1. Structural design:
Made entirely of stainless steel, in compliance with GMP hygiene standards, easy to disassemble and clean.
Using a worm gear reducer to ensure smooth transmission, an electric heating tube to assist in smoothing the strip, and an alcohol droplet system to prevent the drug strip from sticking to the knife.
2. Operating standards:
The operating environment should be maintained in a ventilated environment with a temperature range of -5 ℃ to 40 ℃ and humidity below 90%. Direct washing or overloading operation is strictly prohibited.
During feeding, hard debris should be avoided from damaging the thruster, and touching moving parts is prohibited during operation.
4、 Process expansion capability
It can be connected to a grinder to achieve integrated raw material processing, and some models support customized molds that are compatible with pill sizes ranging from 2.5mm to 12mm.
By adjusting the ratio and mixing process of excipients (such as water, honey, and cyclodextrin) to meet the adhesive requirements of different drug components.
