Efficient filter leak detection system

GTI Jitai Precision's complete set of leak detection products uses upstream aerosol to supplement dust, uses an aerosol photometer to test the concentration of suspended particles upstream of the high-efficiency filter, and performs uniform scanning testing downstream to accurately determine the leakage rate of the tested high-efficiency filter and identify the leakage point in a timely manner.

The GTI brand aerosol generator 3990-02 is a thermal, high-capacity aerosol generator. After injecting aerosol solution and turning on the machine, the internal heating element quickly transforms the liquid aerosol into a vapor state. With the assistance of inert gases (such as N2, CO2, etc.), the vapor is rapidly cooled to generate dispersed aerosol smoke output. Heating time of at least 2 minutes and high concentration aerosol output are widely used for filter leakage testing in small air purification units to large clean room air conditioning purification systems.

3990-01 is an aerosol generator that uses the Laskin Nozle method, which is sturdy, durable, portable, and reliable. After injecting aerosol (PAO, etc.) solution and connecting 20Psi (0.14Mpa) clean compressed air at a flow rate of 810cfm (1370m3/h), by adjusting 1-6 Laskin Nozzzles, a concentration of 100 μ g/L of polydisperse suspended particles can be generated.

3990-03 is an aerosol generator that uses the Laskin Nozzzle method, with a built-in compressor and no need for other gas sources. It can work when powered on and is sturdy, durable, portable, and reliable. After injecting aerosol (PAO, etc.) solution, turning on the power, and adjusting the pressure to 20psi (0.14Mpa), when the flow rate is 50-2000cfm (85-3400m3/h), by adjusting Laskin Nozzzle, polydisperse suspended particles with a concentration of 10-100 μ g/L can be generated.

Wind speed and air volume detection products

GTI brand wind speed and air volume detection products include multiple anemometers and air volume testing equipment, which can be used for ventilation system performance testing in different scenarios such as clean rooms, laminar flow hoods, and biosafety cabinets.
