Introduction to the main structure and application of dual pressure rotary tablet press
Date: 2024-09-29Read: 0
Double pressure rotary tablet press is widely used in various fields such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is mainly used to compress drug particles into tablets of various shapes; In the chemical industry, it can be used to produce various types of chemical reagents for the production of film production needs; In the food industry, it can be used to make flake products such as candies and dairy tablets.
The main structure of the dual pressure rotary tablet press includes:
1. Compression structure: It mainly consists of three parts: upper punch, middle die, and lower punch, which are connected as a whole and evenly arranged on the edge of the turntable. The tail of the up and down punch rod is embedded in a fixed curved guide rail. When the turntable rotates, the up and down punch moves up and down with the curved guide rail to achieve the purpose of pressing.
2. Transmission components: composed of a motor, pulley, worm gear reducer, and adjusting handwheel. The speed of the motor can be adjusted through a variable frequency stepless speed regulator to meet different production needs.
3. Feeding mechanism: Adopting a flow grid feeding mechanism, it can evenly fill the mold holes with materials and reduce the difference in sheet weight. The feeding speed can be adjusted using a stepless speed regulator according to different situations.
4. Control system: including pressure sensors, stepper motors, filling adjustment handwheels and other components, used to achieve automatic control of tablet weight, automatic removal of waste tablets and other functions.
