On October 23rd, Xinlai Group's Fangxin Precision Semiconductor Core Component Project signed a contract to settle in Lujia Town, Kunshan. Chen Liyan, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Fan Jianqing, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, met with Li Shuibo, Chairman of Kunshan Xinlai Clean Application Materials Co., Ltd. and his delegation, and jointly witnessed the signing of the contract. City leader Qian Xudong participated in the event.
Kunshan Xinlai Clean Application Materials Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of high-purity and ultra high purity application materials and equipment. It is one of the few domestic manufacturers of high-purity application materials covering the three major fields of semiconductors, biomedicine, and food safety. It is also the first Taiwanese funded enterprise in Jiangsu Province to be listed on the Growth Enterprise Market. In 2024, the group achieved a production value of 3.1 billion yuan.
Kunshan Fangxin Precision Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinlai Group. The semiconductor core component project established by Fangxin Precision Investment has a total investment of 2 billion yuan, mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of uniform gas disks and semiconductor aluminum cavities. The products are widely used in the semiconductor industry and are an important part of the domestic substitution in the semiconductor industry chain. After the project reaches production capacity, the expected annual output value is over 1.5 billion yuan.
During the meeting, Chen Liyan expressed her gratitude to Xinlai Group for continuously increasing its investment and deepening its cultivation in Kunshan. She said that Kunshan is currently vigorously developing the semiconductor and other new generation electronic information industries, promoting the overall industry to climb towards the high-end of the value chain. Xinlai Group has strong research and development capabilities, high-end application scenarios, and is in a leading position in the industry. We hope that enterprises can fully leverage their leading role, continue to increase research and development investment, continuously enhance their core competitiveness, and introduce more industrial resources and high-quality projects, contributing greater strength to the strengthening, supplementing, and extending of the Kunshan semiconductor industry chain.
