New solution for green production: MBR membrane treatment of wastewater

The treatment of industrial wastewater is quite complex, and the selection of treatment methods must be based on factors such as the quality and quantity of the wastewater. Compared with traditional industrial wastewater treatment processes, membrane technology has the characteristics of low energy consumption and simple process operation, and has been applied in industrial wastewater treatment.

The flat MBR membrane has a very good removal effect on suspended solids (SS) concentration and turbidity. Due to the very small pore size of the membrane module, all suspended solids and sludge in the bioreactor can be intercepted, and its solid-liquid separation effect is much better than that of the secondary sedimentation tank, with a removal rate of over 99% for SS. The removal rate of turbidity is also above 90%, and the effluent turbidity is similar to that of tap water.
