1、 Operation process
1. Power on preparation
Check the status of all inlet/outlet pipeline valves, the smoothness of the slag discharge hopper, and the tightening of all connecting bolts.
Confirm that flammable, toxic, corrosive, or radioactive substances have not been separated.
2. Start running
Connect the power, log in to the control system, and confirm the safety instructions.
Click on 'Auto Start' and wait for the speed and differential speed to reach the set values (consistent with the installed rotor).
It is strictly prohibited to feed materials before reaching the set speed.
3. Feeding and parameter adjustment
Start the feed pump and control the feed rate by adjusting the pump frequency or valve (the recommended torque for the auxiliary machine is ≤ 30%).
Key parameter adjustment:
Drum speed: Increasing the speed can enhance the separation effect, but if it is too high, it will increase the load and cause poor slag discharge.
Differential speed: Reducing the differential speed can improve the dryness of solid slag, while increasing the differential speed accelerates slag discharge (but it needs to be ≤ 35r/min).
Adjust parameters dynamically based on the dry humidity of the slag or the slag content in the effluent.
4. Shutdown and cleaning
Stop feeding first, then click "Auto Stop" to delay the shutdown.
After shutdown, a cleaning procedure must be carried out to remove residual materials.
2、 Key precautions
1. Safety ban
It is prohibited to separate hazardous materials (flammable/toxic/corrosive/radioactive).
It is strictly prohibited to operate equipment with damaged warning signs.
2. Operation monitoring
If the vibration amplitude exceeds 24mm/s, stop the vehicle immediately.
When the current of the main motor or the torque of the auxiliary motor increases abnormally, reduce the feed rate, speed, or increase the differential speed.
3. Material adaptability
The natural settling performance of materials directly affects the separation efficiency, and high viscosity materials need to be heated to improve their flowability.
Fine particles can be treated with coagulants to improve separation efficiency.
4. Operating standards
Full time personnel shall operate and maintain strictly in accordance with the instructions.
Avoid shaking the centrifuge tube during sampling to prevent affecting the separation efficiency.
