In industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical, when using high and low temperature integrated machines in winter, please do a good job of antifreeze, preheating, and system maintenance in advance to avoid equipment failure or performance degradation.

Core precautions
① Antifreeze protection is key: when shutting down, it is necessary to drain the water in the circulation system or replace the antifreeze coolant (it is recommended that the freezing point be 5-10 ℃ lower than the local low temperature) to prevent pipeline and heat exchanger from freezing and cracking.
② Preheating must be done before starting up: High temperature mode cannot be directly started in low temperature environments. First, run the equipment at a medium temperature range of 20-30 ℃ for 10-15 minutes to gradually heat up the components and avoid damage caused by excessive temperature differences.
③ Regularly check the system status: frequently check the liquid level and concentration of the circulating liquid, and replace it promptly if there are signs of turbidity or freezing; Check whether the seals and valves are leaking, and whether the pipelines are frozen or blocked.
④ Control the operating temperature difference: In winter, the ambient temperature is low, and the set value needs to be gradually increased when the equipment is heated up. The single temperature difference should not exceed 15 ℃ to reduce the equipment load.
⑤ Keep the environment insulated: Place the equipment indoors at a temperature above 0 ℃. If it must be used outdoors, wrap the body and pipes with insulation materials to avoid excessive heat loss.
Emergency situation handling
① If the pipeline is found to be frozen or blocked, do not forcefully heat or start the equipment. It should be moved to a warm environment for natural thawing, checked for damage, and then turned on.
② If the circulating fluid freezes and causes the equipment to alarm, stop the machine and wait for the ice to melt before replacing it with qualified antifreeze before running again.
