Based on practical experience, such faults can be efficiently investigated and handled by starting from the core electrical components.

Firstly, investigate the issue of blown fuses, which is one of the common causes, often due to circuit overload, instantaneous short circuits, or component aging. When handling, it is necessary to first disconnect the power to confirm the melting situation, replace the spare fuse of the same specification, and check whether there are potential short-circuit points in the circuit after replacement to avoid melting again. Next, check the load switch. Long term use of the switch can lead to contact oxidation, mechanical jamming, or internal damage, resulting in circuit breakage. In this case, it is necessary to directly replace the load switch with a new one to ensure good contact and matching rated parameters with the equipment. Finally, check the reverse relay. If the relay is loose or detached, or if the internal coil is burned or the contacts are stuck, the control circuit will be cut off. The solution is to reinstall the relay firmly. If there is a fault, replace it with a new one of the same model. After installation, test whether the relay is sensitive in action.

In daily maintenance, it is recommended to regularly check the fastening status and aging condition of electrical components, keep the circuit clean and dry, which can effectively reduce the incidence of such failures and extend the service life of the chiller.
