Hot air circulation dryerThe hot air circulation dryer consists of three main parts: blower, heater, and control circuit. The working principle of the dryer is as follows: after being powered on, the blower blows air into the heater, allowing the air to pass evenly from the inside and outside of the spiral electric heating wire. The heat generated by the electric heating wire after being powered on exchanges heat with the cold air passing through, thereby increasing the air temperature at the outlet. The K-type thermocouple at the air outlet promptly feeds back the detected air temperature to the temperature controller. The instrument monitors the actual operating temperature based on the set temperature and transmits relevant information back to the solid-state relay to control whether the heater is working. At the same time, the ventilation fan can use an air volume regulator (frequency converter, air door) to adjust the amount of air blown, thereby achieving the regulation of working temperature and air volume. In addition, the hot air blower is equipped with an over temperature protection circuit for the ventilation fan inlet and motor, and an emergency brake switch for the main circuit, further improving the protection of the equipment.
