The rubber stopper sterilization oven meets GMP requirements. The heating element adopts a stainless steel 304 tubular heater, which is distributed on the inside of the box. Under the action of the internal circulation fan, it promotes the convection of hot air, making the temperature uniform at all points inside the box. The oven adopts horizontal laminar airflow, that is, side feeding and side returning. Under the action of the fan, the hot air at the top is sent into the box from one side through a high-temperature and high-efficiency filter. A regulating plate is installed at the high-efficiency filtration outlet to ensure uniform airflow at all points inside the box.

The top of the rubber stopper sterilization oven is equipped with air inlet and outlet ports, and the air inlet is equipped with a cooling fan. Under the strong pressure of the fan, 10000 level air is sent into the box through an efficient filter to achieve rapid forced cooling of the items. The air outlet is equipped with an efficient filter and a damper, and the exhaust valve can be manually or automatically controlled by a PLC programmable controller when draining moisture. A stainless steel self stirring drum is used to place the cleaned material in it, start the transmission mechanism, and the material naturally flips and dries inside. A receiving tray is also provided for easy discharge.

The oven door adopts an interlocking device. When one side door is opened, the other side door cannot be opened, and there is an indicator light to display the door opening status. The temperature can be set to open the door.
