Today, the editor will take a look at the usage method of the far-infrared tunnel oven with everyone:
1. The far-infrared tunnel oven should be placed in a clean and level indoor area, kept dry, moisture-proof, and protected from corrosion.
2. The placement of the far-infrared tunnel oven should have a certain space, with a certain distance from the wall on all sides, and it is recommended to have a distance of at least 2 meters.
3. Before using a far-infrared tunnel oven, the voltage should be checked. A smaller far-infrared tunnel oven requires a voltage of 220V, while a larger one requires a voltage of 380V (three-phase four wire). Install a power switch with sufficient capacity based on the power consumption of the far-infrared tunnel oven. And choose appropriate power cables. Grounding wire work should also be done well.
4. After the above work is ready, the test sample can be placed in the far-infrared tunnel oven, then the power is connected, the far-infrared tunnel oven switch is turned on, and the far-infrared tunnel oven with a blower device must be turned on during the heating and constant temperature process, otherwise it will affect the uniformity of the working room temperature and may damage the heating element. Then adjust the temperature suitable for drying the test sample The far-infrared tunnel oven enters the working state.
5. The items for drying compensation should not be arranged too densely. Do not place items on the bottom (heat dissipation plate) of the far-infrared tunnel oven to avoid affecting the circulation of hot air. It is prohibited to dry flammable, explosive, volatile, and corrosive materials.
6. After the drying compensation is completed, cut off the power first, and then open the workshop door. Remember not to directly touch the drying compensation items with your hands. Use tools or insulated gloves to take the drying compensation items to avoid burns.
7. The workshop of the far-infrared tunnel oven should be kept clean.
When using a far-infrared tunnel oven, the temperature should not exceed the high operating temperature of the far-infrared tunnel oven, generally below 250 degrees Celsius.
