High speed mixing granulator is a pharmaceutical equipment that has been increasingly widely used in the fields of medicine, chemical industry, food, etc. In recent years, it is a machine that mixes various medicinal materials or chemical raw materials in a certain proportion, and then crushes and granulates them through high-speed rotating cutting blades, cutters and other equipment. The characteristics of high-speed mixing granulator are high production capacity, good quality, and high efficiency, which are widely used in the field of pellet manufacturing.
The process principle of high-speed mixing granulator can be divided into the following three steps:
Step 1: Mixing of raw materials
Before granulation, various medicinal or chemical materials need to be mixed in a certain proportion. The mixture is carried out in the mixing chamber, which is equipped with a mixing paddle. The mixing paddle rotates at high speed while stirring the raw materials evenly, so that the particle size, density, humidity and other factors of different raw materials are fully mixed to form a stable mixture.
Step 2: After the crushing and granulation mixture of raw materials enters the mixing chamber, it is crushed and granulated by rotating cutting blades, cutters, and other equipment. The speed of rotation of cutting blades, cutters and other equipment is very fast, reaching tens of thousands of times per minute. This high speed can separate raw materials into very small particles, and the size of the particles can be changed according to different equipment settings.
While rotating, cutting knives, cutters, and other equipment will cut the shape of the raw materials into various different shapes to better adapt to the subsequent granulation process.
Step 3: Spiral Conveyor and Packaging
The prepared particles are sent to the packaging line by spiral conveying, and after packaging, the finished product can be shipped.
