As the name suggests, a universal vacuum drying oven is a space that can produce vacuum and high temperature. High temperature can be generated by electric heating, which is relatively easy to understand. That's the 'vacuum degree'; As the name suggests, it refers to the degree of vacuum. It is a major parameter of vacuum equipment such as vacuum pumps, micro vacuum pumps, micro air pumps, micro vacuum pumps, and micro vacuum pumps. The so-called "vacuum" refers to a gas state in a given space where the pressure is below 101325 pascals, which is about 101KPa of standard atmospheric pressure.

The principle and function of a universal vacuum drying oven is designed specifically for drying heat sensitive, easily decomposable, and oxidizable substances. It can be filled with inert gas inside, especially for items with complex components that can be quickly dried. Especially for drying experiments in clean laboratories and aerospace military engineering units, it can quickly dry products in a very clean environment.

Operation method of universal vacuum drying oven:

1. The items that need to be dried are placed in a vacuum drying oven, the oven door is closed, the vent valve is closed, the vacuum valve is opened, the vacuum pump power is turned on to start pumping, and the vacuum degree inside the oven reaches -0. At 1MPa, close the vacuum valve and then turn off the power supply of the vacuum pump.

2. Turn the power switch of the universal vacuum drying oven to the "on" position, select the desired set temperature, and the temperature inside the oven will start to rise. When the temperature inside the oven approaches the set temperature, the heating indicator light will flash on and off repeatedly. Generally, it can enter a constant temperature state within 120 minutes.

3. When the required working temperature is low, a secondary setting method can be used. For example, if the required temperature is 60 ℃, the first setting can be 50 ℃. After the temperature overshoot begins to fall, the second setting can be 60 ℃. This can reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of temperature overshoot and quickly enter a constant temperature state.

4. According to the humidity level of different items, choose different drying times. If the drying time is long and the vacuum degree decreases, it is necessary to evacuate again to restore the vacuum degree. The vacuum pump power should be turned on first, and then the vacuum valve should be turned on.

5. After drying, the power supply of the drying oven should be turned off first, the vent valve should be opened, the vacuum state inside the oven should be released, and then the oven door should be opened to remove the items.
