1、 Environment preparation before startup
1. Sealed processing space: Close doors, windows, and ventilation systems, remove easily oxidizable materials such as rubber and plastic, and ensure that at least 30 centimeters of ventilation space is left around the equipment.
2. Equipment inspection: Confirm that the power cord is moisture-proof and foot proof, and that industrial equipment needs to be grounded to avoid leakage risks.
2、 Equipment startup and parameter settings
1. Power on operation: After plugging in, turn on the power switch of the ozone generator, and start the oxygen production current switch and ozone current switch in sequence. The equipment will automatically enter the working state.
2. Ozone concentration control:
The concentration during water treatment is set at 0.5-2 milligrams per liter, and the action time is not less than 12 minutes.
It is recommended to start testing at low concentrations for the first time by adjusting the ozone generator knob to adjust the ozone level and pressure.
3、 Running process monitoring
1. Personnel evacuation: After starting, all personnel need to evacuate the site, and medical equipment should be preheated for 10 minutes before operation.

1. Shutdown operation: After disinfection is completed, turn off the ozone generator and related switches in reverse order, for example, turn off the ozone current first and then turn off the oxygen current.
2. Forced ventilation: ventilate for at least 30 minutes until the concentration drops below the safe value of 0.05ppm before entering.
5、 Key points of safety and maintenance
1. Safety protection: Wear a gas mask and protective gloves during operation. Pregnant women and asthma patients are prohibited from coming into contact with ozone environments.
2. Regular maintenance: Check the insulation of the high-voltage module every month, and clean the electrodes with alcohol every 500 hours; When not in use for a long time, drain the accumulated water inside and keep the air inlet unobstructed.
