Structural components of electric hot air drying oven

The structure of an electric blast drying oven mainly includes the following core components:
1. Box body
Usually made of stainless steel or galvanized sheet, it is divided into an inner and outer two-layer structure, with insulation material (such as fiberglass or asbestos board) filled in the middle for insulation. The inner layer is a constant temperature chamber equipped with multiple layers of mesh shelves for placing materials.
2. Heating system
Composed of electric heating tubes or wires, it generates heat through resistance heating, and some models use grouped control to adjust power. Heating elements are usually installed at the bottom or in the interlayer of the box.
3. Blast circulation system
Contains high-temperature fans and air ducts, forcing uniform circulation of hot air to ensure consistent temperature distribution inside the box.
4. Control system
Modern devices often use microcomputer temperature controllers, which have digital display, timing functions, and over temperature protection. Some models support RS485 interface connection to computers. Older equipment may use differential rods or mercury thermometer controllers.
5. Auxiliary structure
Exhaust device: Adjustable exhaust window is used to discharge moisture.
Double layer box door: The outer layer is a heat isolation door, and the inner layer is a glass observation door.
Side room: an independent control room with built-in electrical components such as switches and indicator lights.
