The working principle and wide application of electric blast drying oven

The electric blast drying oven achieves efficient drying by combining electric heating with forced airflow circulation. Its core principles and application scenarios are as follows:
1、 Working principle
1. Heating system
Electric heating elements (such as heating wires) convert electrical energy into thermal energy, raising the temperature of the air inside the box. The temperature controller (microcomputer microcontroller technology) accurately maintains the target temperature (room temperature to 500 ℃), with an error controlled within ± 3-5 ℃.
2. Blowing cycle
The fan forces air to circulate horizontally or vertically inside the box, forming hot air convection:
Hot air is blown towards the heater for secondary heating;
The airflow carrying heat evenly penetrates the sample, accelerating the evaporation of water.
3. Temperature control
Dual screen digital display shows real-time temperature and set temperature;
Equipped with over temperature alarm and timed shutdown functions, some models support power-off memory recovery.
2、 Structural characteristics
1. Box design: Cold rolled steel plate shell (surface spray)+stainless steel/galvanized inner liner, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean;
2. Air duct optimization: Reasonable layout to ensure temperature uniformity (± 1 ℃ fluctuation), adjustable shelf height to adapt to different samples;
3. Intelligent system: The self-tuning function (AT key) can automatically correct temperature deviation and improve accuracy.
3、 Application Fields
1. Industry and Research
Drying treatment: Quickly remove moisture or solvents from chemical materials, drugs, and food;
Heat treatment/sterilization: high temperature environment (≤ 500 ℃) to kill microorganisms, used for medical devices or experimental equipment;
Baking and melting wax: material shaping in casting and electronic component processing.
2. Laboratory operations
Maintain a constant temperature environment (such as using the 105 ℃ constant weight method to detect the moisture content of the sample);
Timed drying (such as continuous operation at 77 ℃) to avoid manual monitoring.
4、 Operation points
1. Safety protection: Wear heat-resistant gloves and wait for the box to cool down before taking and placing samples;
2. Parameter settings:
Self tuning takes about 30 minutes, during which avoid opening the door;
Regularly clean the air duct to prevent dust accumulation from affecting circulation efficiency.
