1. External cleaning
After the power is cut off, use a soft cloth dipped in neutral cleaning agent to wipe the shell, avoiding strong acid/alkaline solvents from corroding the surface. Focus on cleaning the gaps of the door seal to prevent dirt accumulation.
2. Internal cleaning
After removing the shelf, wipe the inner wall and ozone generator electrode with an alcohol cotton ball to remove residual scale or organic matter;
Regularly clean the drainage outlet filter and bottom drain pan to prevent metal parts from rusting due to water accumulation.
2、 Key component maintenance
1. Ozone generator maintenance
Check the electrode discharge status monthly (observe blue light/listen to discharge sound), clean the surface oxide of the electrode with anhydrous ethanol to ensure stable ozone output concentration.
2. Sealing system maintenance
Check if the door seal is flat and free of cracks, and apply silicone grease every quarter to prevent aging;
Test the door safety interlock device to ensure automatic locking during operation to prevent ozone leakage.
3. Electrical safety testing
Regularly check whether the insulation layer of the power cord is damaged, whether the grounding is reliable, and avoid the risk of leakage.
3、 Performance calibration and testing
1. Concentration and time calibration
Verify the output value with an ozone concentration detector every six months (standard reference: air disinfection ≥ 20mg/m ³, object surface disinfection ≥ 60mg/m ³), and adjust the sterilization parameters according to the national standard GB 28232-2020.
2. Sterilization effect verification
Regularly test with biological indicators (such as Bacillus subtilis spores) to ensure a killing rate of ≥ 99.9%.
4、 Replacement and storage of damaged parts
1. Replacement cycle of vulnerable parts
The sealing ring should be replaced every 1-2 years (if hardened or deformed, it needs to be replaced immediately);
The air filter is cleaned quarterly and the filter element is replaced annually.
2. Maintenance during downtime
When idle for a long time, it is necessary to empty the interior, turn off the power, and turn on the machine once a month (run without load for 30 minutes) to prevent moisture and oxidation.
5、 Key points for safe operation
1. During operation: It is strictly prohibited to open the door to prevent ozone leakage. Wait for 20 minutes before retrieving the item (to avoid burns/ozone residue);
2. Protective measures: Wear goggles and gloves during maintenance, and do not touch circuit components with cleaning agents;
3. Environmental requirements: Leave 30cm of heat dissipation space around the equipment, away from flammable materials and humid areas.
By standardizing maintenance, the lifespan of equipment can be extended by more than 30%, and the sterilization qualification rate can be guaranteed (refer to industry data).
